Desperately NEED HELP! E53 trouble

Hey guys,

I'm new to the beamer world and at a loss with my 03 E53. I had to replace my ABS module as it got fried and also had to replace the harness. When I did that I did not realize that it had to be the same part number as the one in it(first mistake and still learning). The one I got ends with 004. It seemed to work for my car, just after awhile the speedometer would stop working and would get the SES light for a wheel speed sensor. I went to my local BMW dealer and was lucky enough to get the current part number ending in 131 or for the Bosch number it would be 067. I took the module that was somewhat working off and put the remanufactured one on. Right away I noticed the speedometer was not working but drove the car anyways. right away I got the Trans safefail prog. Took it to a BMW mechanic to have it programmed and they told me it was not liking the module. Figured it was a wheel speed sensor and that was not the case.

Now fast forward to now. I put the module that was semi working in and I am still getting the limp mode. This is what is happening.

I drive the car and it runs fine for the first 10 mins. Shifts so smooth with no problems. After the 10 mins and always on a corner, the engine will rev like it is in neutral, belt will squeal and will jerk then go into limp mode. Turn the car off and limp mode is gone. Go to drive it and again, sometimes it will be fine and other times it will do the engine rev and jerk into gear with limp mode coming on.

When I connect the scanner I was first getting "gear 2 incorrect ratio", now I am getting "gear 1 and 3 incorrect ratio.

I know my transmission is solid from when I am first driving it. But something I believe with the ABS module is making it act up.

I really love my E53 and just want it in working order. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
