Check your OBC hidden menu #16 - no oil temp, no oil temp sensor.

I've always thought anything ovre 9 in the hidden menu was gibberish really... I will have to see if 16 is operating for my N62B4.4

Checked mine today - as expected, it just says "-- șC" - no oil temp sensor on the M57TU.

On my 4.8is, oil temp is shown correctly both in the instrument cluster and #16 hidden menu.
However the IBUS-App neither shows oil temp nor oil fill level. In INPA, I have checked the values of the thermal oil level sensor (LCM - F5 - scroll all the way down with arrow key). Heating and cooling time is always zero, but the sensor seems to works fine. How does the instrument cluster get the value for oil temperature? Are these values also zero on your cars? |
