The cold start valve. I never had a problem with the reeds.

I did have an issue with the line pressure valve, but it fixed itself.

For me, I should had purchased the Dewalt.

Thanks for the heads-up guys but this compressor will be very light duty in my garage. I really only bought it for zipping off my lug nuts and axle nuts. I certainly don't expect a $147 compressor to be used as device operating all day long and last.

Let's face it, no one goes to Harbor Freight expecting to buy the best tools possible. I guess the old saying applies here, you get what you pay for.

Dynavin N7 vs Avin Avant 4 ....???

I am torn between the two. Comparable in price and functionality.

I am going to take advantage of the cyber deals today. Anybody have input on these 2 systems?

It is my understanding that the Avin with its Android operating system is more flexible and open to more customization than the Dynavin. Also, I don't think the Dynavin will give you OBC info where the Avin with the Ibus dongle and app will.

I have the Avant-4 and love it. I do not have any knowledge of the Dynavin N7 Pro but keep in mind, if you go the Dynavin route, it is a closed operating system so you will not be able to add any apps for personalization or customization.

Depending on the options you choose, I still think the Avin will come in under the Dynavin in cost.

I have the Avin as well. I love mine too. The support is also decent.

@ETAction, here is a thread on the members here that have put together regarding the Avin Avant-4. Of all the threads on here and other forums, I can't find anyone unhappy with it.

Thanks! Went with the Avant 4. The install seems rather daunting but I believe the payoff will be worth it.

Ughhhh... that is a good price. I have a smaller set of those. Indispensable for working on cars. Wish I had some of those larger sizes as well. Want to order... but wife has all funds earmarked for Xmas gifts.
