I would check the PT CAN since that is used to wake up a bunch of other modules.

Up, Can you please explain what "PT" is referencing? I am giving myself a crash course in CAN, steep learning curve. And the car is outside and it is currently in the 20's and not warming up for a while! Working on what my next step is.
