For some reason, mine only ever went off at work. I think it was related to heat, sitting in the hot sun during the day.

I had this no start problem 6 months ago...From what I understand a computer board was changed which is located under the dashboard...

Same thing a few weeks ago...No start and alarm goes off....Changed battery..Fine for four days than the same nonsense..

Getting frustrated..
I know you just changed your battery...but I'd suggest double checking/verify that it (the battery) is still around 12 volts (or at least at or above 11.89 volts). What if you have something draining the vehicle's battery?

Also verify that both negative and positive battery terminals are snug around each battery terminal's post. Sometimes a new battery doesn't get one of the terminals fitted properly.

The above suggestions are based on that you wrote you have a NO START situation and the ALARM SIREN is going off. The alarm siren has its' own internal battery...so if the car is disconnected from its power source (like in a theft attempt) the alarm siren can still sound off. But if the car's battery is discharged...and the car is armed...this can trigger a false alarm as the low voltage situation makes the alarm think someone is disconnecting a power source.

The above situation can also come from the alarm siren's internal battery being discharged or failing due to the car's battery not being able to keep it charged up. Again, this could cause false triggering.

That's some good advice also confirm you have voltage at the B+ jump start terminal (no blown BST).
