The light housing looks very similar to the side markers. I am only taking a guess but if I were in your position I would get some of those bulbs and roll the dice.

Dang, these thread notifications didn't work for me.
Took it apart and it's indeed a special 6 watt bulb with the identical base as the more common 194 bulb. I performed a comparison test with a standard bulb with the OEM, and there's indeed a noticeable difference in brightness output with 1 watt more. The issue for me was the bulb socket contacts were loose, so I squeezed them together with some fine needle-nose pliers and was able to re-use the bulb.
