Next step for me will be to re-install the factory HU and see if I can replicate the problem with the DSP amplifier. I would also like to explore the possibility of the Eonon not being properly installed to begin with, in a manner that is disabling the DSP amp. Is there a step by step set of instructions or a write up that details the installation process? Eonon's instructions are crap at best. To recap, mine is a 2008 4.8is with the factory CD Changer, Navigation, and DSP, and I am using the Eonon provided extended cable that runs all the way back to the trunk. Thank you - Samer

You stated that you have DSP but is the coaxial connector on the power amp used or are you connecting to just the 6 pins connector?

As stated, I am using the 6m extension harness that Eonon provided, and that has a 17-pin and a 40-pin connector on the trunk side. https://www.eonon.com/Android-Car-GP...S/GA7166A.html

Pretty sure that with a 2005 X5 the OP won’t have the coax connector.
OP, other than running the 6m cable have you made any other wiring changes as part of the radio install? |

No, none at all. No cutting or splicing of anything...

Yes, I do have the factory navigation and i don't remember a coaxial cable connection.
My factory radio has two multi pin connectors in the back, a blue one and a white one. That's it. Sent from my HD1907 using Tapatalk

Finally found some time to pick this up. I took pictures of the existing factory connectors and systems (NAV, etc.) and the new wiring harness and connections, in hopes that someone can help me figure out if something is missing or still needs to be connected.
