2003 X5 cracked washer nozzle front

Hi. So seems like both of my washer nozzles are cracked at the elbow under the hood. I know one leaks forsure and it makes the car smell like glue when I first start it up after it's been sitting.

So new ones are like $50 each. Seems like a lot for my old baby... is there any way to fix these with some sealant? Also I have a 2003 which is the transition year. I see lots of nozzle from 10/03 onward. I have a july car. Do you think the newer nozzle version will fit?
