Rear hatch won't open 04 X5
I have to check manual..Is there a manual over ride ? My key fob never opened my rear hatch.....I always put my hand above the rear plate and pushed the button and it opened..
Now its not doing that.. |

What about the button on center console? Or are you talking about the lower part?

If the latch button gets water in it the computer will disable the duct so the tailgate upper won't keep opting itself. If the dash button works that's almost certainly the issue.
I had this problem and I simply removed the rubber button cover and the problem never came back Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
