OLD PLUGS look ok?
These are 55K old plugs from my X5,3.0 with 254K .
I removed and buffed them clean. Then after a about a hundred miles I replaced them. But they had this odd yellowish/gold coating on the prongs and part of the ceramic that encases the diode. Is this normal? Is this a sign of antifreeze leaking into combustion chamber? Curious.
