im planning on puting speaker amplifier in the trunk... and im thinking could this be cables for the speaker?

Did you pull the connectors off the amp that was in the trunk?

There was no amp in the trunk,

Those are not speaker cables. All audio related are on the left side bolster. That larger black one is for towbar module and other three for PDC.

Did you look at the cubby on the left side of the trunk for the amp? The amp is usually buried way down in the cubby.

Here are my connections for high side speaker connections that I was using with my subwoofer amp before I began using my Eonon Head Unit sub output



These are located in the left rear quarter panel cubby.

You can also modify the radio module to get line level pre-out connections.
