Can I delete fuel heating system ?
I have no need for my fuel to be heated so I want to delete it all. Anyone done this ?. |

Sure you can remove Webasto if you feel like you don't need it. Just connect the coolant from engine directly to water valves (instead of going to Webasto). You also have to bypass the auxiliary coolant pump which get's its supply from Webasto. If you want to keep the pump you have to make wiring from IHKA (AC control panel) and code it as non Webasto model which has aux water pump supply directly from IHKA.

You'll also want to disable/remove the fuel dosing pump under the car too...

There is no actual need for that. Dosing pump has supply from Webasto. So there won't be pump activation if Webasto is removed.
