I'm having problems with my music. The first one is when I play my music( from CD ) and switch to FM(Radio) the music is going more louder than from my CD( without changing the volume, just switching ). The second problem is that I noticed my Front speakers are more louder than the Rear ones. I found that when I go to Tone Select and move the Balance fully to Rear, I sat in the back and they're very silent. It has different(kinda big different) between the front and rear sound.

The switching input and sound volume changing is normal. I am pretty sure the car remembers volume per input. Like blue tooth has its own volume, FM and CD also.
Your speakers sound to be either off, or shot all together. Maybe amp also. Not sure what model you have, and if you have DSP, but i would start testing individual wires to speakers, and maybe start swapping them out.
