And I'd have to agree with the description! (I think I just threw up a little bit...)

The Avant-4 on the other-hand, is about as factory-looking as it gets!!

To the OP, what are you looking to gain?
JUST Bluetooth and handsfree? Then get the BlueBus. Search for it on this forum

if you want the NAV screen, then do an aftermarket but be careful of which you choose to work with your DSP and make sure it looks proper in the dash as some of them look like shit.

yeah, and for me 1100 US$ (11000 SEK) twice the price!! Sigh!!

I think the Avant intelligently has the built in microphone located centrally, the 2 android units I have had in my E53 and E83 had/have the microphone on the left hand side of the front panel, adding several inches from the driver in our right hand drive vehicles.
