No start after transmission repairs..

Over advanced often comes from lack of chain tension but usually only see that on bank one so ual is correct need to access what's up with crank position vs cam position. Is there a chance your aren't getting proper oil pressure? Are you getting chain rattle at start and does the oil light stay on longer than normal?

I would bring up real time requested vs actual on CPS anyhow just to see why DME is mad since everything is synced relative to the crank, that's a good place to start since you were down there maybe CKP or wiring to it got damaged?

I have checked all that and replaced the crankshaft sensor already. Not sure what else to do next..
