I had to trim them a bit to fit the e38. It looks like they are a direct fit on the x5?

No, sorry I did not measure them :-(
In my opinion the light output is great, not sure how old my bulbs are, might put a new good set in when I'm bored.

EvoX-R projectors bolt right up. Light output is amazing compared to the stock projectors.

Excellent DIY SpookX5!

This one will be on my list of mods to add during some winter downtime.

Do you or anyone know if there is an aftermarket clear lens that can be installed while doing this mod? I have some hazing starting at the top of my lenses (despite being primarily garaged) that Plexiglas polish has been unable to remedy.
