Unhappy Radio stopped working after reinstalling?

Hi,

I'm just getting into modding my X5. I got an XTRONS android head unit to replace my base radio (no nav or DSP). I connected the main quadlock harness to test the android, and everything was working fine. After playing around with the balance and fader I noticed my rear right speaker wasn't working. I left the project on hold for a few days and decided to put the factory CD player and MID back in today to test the RR speaker. For some reason after reinstalling everything the MID won't turn on. I checked the quadlock connector to the CD player and the MID connector. Also checked fuses 72 and 73 in the hatch. The tel light on the MID randomly flickered yellow and red at one point, but no sign of life on the screen. The CD changer seems to work as when I hit eject I can hear it. Any idea what else I can try?

Thanks
Len
