Head gasket thickness question

If the machine shop milled .013” or .3mm off the head would a stock thickness head gasket be the proper choice? I was so organized I ordered the parts before I thought this through and have a stock gasket. Should I get a +.3mm gasket?

I would def get the thicker gasket especially if the added thickness matches the amount they machined off

Use the thicker gasket.... 1.00mm thick.

BMW (or Bentley) says the max you can take off is 13 thousandths (.30mm)
typically if I take off half the max, 7 thou, or more, I'll use the thicker gasket

There are some who think you should always use the thicker gasket...maybe so..
