I love me some E53 goodness. I've owned 10+ E53 Stick Shifts both 5 and 6 speed. Currently building a LSX E53 on a 2002 4.6is but bought my wife a 2010 X5 35d in December of 19 and did full deletes and DUDMD Stage 2 tune and it is our most favorite vehicle to haul the kids around. The torque makes it so fun to drive on a daily basis. Can squeeze almost 30mpg on the freeway staying around 68-70mph. It sounds like a Boeing 747 and Diesel near us well under Premium Unleaded. Buy an already deleted E70 x5 35d or buy one and set $3000 aside to do it as soon as you buy it.
