I feel the same about BaT. It's gotten too "hipster" and social media site for my tastes.
Yes, the BAT crowd IMO is weird in a bad way and BAT itself seems very arrogant. Few years ago they refused my 540 and then S8 for reasons they didn't make sense when compared to cars they accepted in the same period.

I have a 2006 4.8 with 9500 miles and they wanted my reserve to be well under that. Made no sense to me with mine being 2 years newer and 1/4 of the miles of the 2004 example. They don't communicate well by taking forever to respond and don't address your input. They certainly seem like they have a great business model but the E53 is not something they give much thought.
Yes, I remember that sale.
I'm thinking part of BAT arrogance is their success and they feel like they can do whatever.
I understand if they refuse my or whosever car but their reasoning seems strange.
They are supposedly experts yet their writers sometime make write ups with totally wrong information which can be easily checked before posting it.
Yeah, I do have quick Craigslist and Facebook ad on right now but more than likely it will be Cars and Bids soon (if they accept me).

Yeah, I realized the BAT is not place for me.
Not huge fan of ebay but at least they don't kill picture resolution and people can see my feedback as well I can see who the potential buyer is:

I'm clearly in minority as far as liking 87's. I hated them but apparently most didn't. Besides you, quite a few other people asked me.
Yeah, I sold them as soon as I got 177's. Now I wish I kept them as it seems they could've possibly help with my sale.
At least I got decent money for them IIRC.

Yes, it's free but it won't let me post the price above $9800.
I understand that $9800 is the top range in their calculation but 4.6is in this condition and with this history is worth more.
At the end of the day it will come down to what is someone willing to pay but I am also not desperate for money either.
My main problem is space and I hate for car to sit as I drive all of my cars. I take the best possible care but I buy cars for joy of driving not investment.

So ... successful, arrogant, and incompetent ... yes, I've seen that before. Not a coincidence. Seems more to be the rule rather than the exception in most modern industries.

Good luck selling.
