What’s up guys, haven’t had a thread in a while

I have recently run into the following issue and can’t seem to find what the problem is (pics attached):

In my armrest box, the top part, I have what I am assuming was a connection for a phone? On top of this, originally, there was another slot that was usable for normal things. A few days ago, I noticed that this slot was popped out and no matter what I try, I cannot get it to stay back in. Anybody have advice on what could be wrong with it? I can’t seem to find any pin or anything that should be holding it down.
