I think can have up to two not ready in WI as long as one is EVAP. I've never heard people mention SES light not coming on at key on.

SES probably doesn't come on with UE2 tune.
I just deleted SAP and am wondering if I should delete post cat o2 sensors as well. Not sure if it changes anything at all, either way? The reason I'm considering deleting rear o2 sensors is because bmw scanner 1.4 is displaying shadow errors for them, which kinda bugs me, and I cannot get rid of the them. I know andrewwynn is aware of those stubborn codes |

Do you mean the O2 short circuit codes? Those are not real -- BMW scanner shows those for everybody but they don't show up for any other kind of scanner, from what I understand at least. Second question -- Did deleting the SAP cause any check engine light for you? I have been getting intermittent codes for mine on the Foxwell and BMW Scanner (not on the dash) so I just removed it this weekend. It only took a few minutes so I will put it back in if I get a code. The pump works fine with a 12v battery, so I'm guessing the valve is bad, but I haven't been able to test the valve yet.

I dont remember the codes for o2 sensor, I'll have to double check.
I removed the SAP physically and coded it out. I also reset adaptations, removed speed limit and ews. The SES (service engine soon) light came on after the flash. Not sure why. Maybe because SAP is coded out. But no check engine light |

Never mind, the SES light went out. So all good now, SAP deleted, no codes.

Sorry, did you flash the EU2 tune or code the SAP out in a different way?
I went down an EU2 rabbit hole tonight and now I'm actually thinking I might want to do it.

I coded out SAP with tuner pro just by changing the c_conf_sap value from 0 to 1.
I didn't want to flash EU2 because I think it disables check engine light. |
