6HP26 really harsh shift from 4 to 5

Hello,

a have a problem with my 6Hp Gearbox at my 4,8is.

When I accelarating a little bit harder, gaspedal 2/3, and the gearbox should shift from 4 to 5 to revs go up and the gearbox engange the fifth gear with a hard bang. Not smooth as in all other gears.

It just happens at higher loads and always from 4 to 5 gear.

There is no fault code in the EGS an no limp mode.

Car has 380kkms. Oil change in the gearbox was done twice. As I have done it the first time, I also replace the plastic balls etc inside the mechatronic.

Does anybody has oder had such kind of problem with his 6HP and could solve it?

You replace the solenoids and seals when you did the mechatronic?

Which valves do you mean? The solenoids? I could only check them by measuring their resistance...

No, I didnīt replace the solenoids because the shifts back then where good/okay.

Also as I have done the mechatronic a just replace the seal in front (2 squares which are connected). I Couldnīt source the tube seals in the back so I left them in place.

Could they are be responsible for my problems?

Here's a video on 6HP26 rebuild by my favorite transmission guy on Youtube.

If he helps you subscribe and like his video so that he gets some money for making these videos.
