Anyone ever seen Style 87 18 inch rep wheels before?

Came across these on craigslist as, some would say, 'I have a wheel thing'.

I've seen 20 inch style 132's but never came across 18 inch style 87 replicas. Anyone know who made these and what kind of quality they might be?

I have a set of 18" 87's replicas I picked up in Boston back in 2013 that I use for my winter setup. I don't remember the manufacturer and can't check right now since they are
mounted. They seem to road force balance just fine and ride smoother than my summer 214's

I forgot to mention I have a 2006 x5 and the 87's don't required hub centric rings like the 214's do (74.1 - 72.56 mm)
