The 2001 doesnt have it and I have no clue about the 2013 but I dont remember seeing the switch for it on the 2013.
My '06 has reclining nappa beige rears. Wife's '13 diesel has nappa but no recline. It's a nice feature and we wish the E70 had it. First world problems I know.

There's a guy in PA that had one a couple months ago. I think he's on this forum but he had it advertised on the Facebook E53 group I think. Let me know if still interested and I'll connect you two. Not sure he wants to ship though. Are you in Washington State or DC? If DC he may not be too far.

Sliding cargo floor takes so much room,I had it for a couple of months and threw away.
Reclining seats are nice! Real nice in fact.

*I share a 20 gallon air compressor (horizontal tank on wheels) with a buddy to blow out sprinklers. It fits in the X5 without sliding rear and does not fit in the x5 with the sliding rear.

I copy that too, I was able to fit a range(stove here in Canada) into the trunk with no slider and I couldn't do that with it installed. I brought a standing freezer in the trunk with a slider installed, had no choice at that moment, and dented the headliner, while the same freezer fits alright with no slider....an inch is a lot of room taken away with a dubious benefit of maybe once in a while using sliding floor.
