Assuming 100% deferred maintenance this could be a really good rig for someone with an extra $5k, a garage full of tools and time on their hands.

Love to see photos of the underside. If it was driven in winter in NY it's gotta be all rusted.

For sure it's not squeaky clean under there. You can see some rust in places under the hood, but for about $7k, you could still drive around looking cool for a few years.
