bit of daft question on door carrier/handle
Ok sorry I have become obsessed on this, had the door carrier replaced...drivers side, noticed a 1-2mm gap though between the handle cover and black seal on the portion of handle where the key goes in...is the photo attached showing the allen key srew the screw that adjusts the part of the handles distance between in and the door panel? or is that only for the lock cylinder...?

There is a bit of a trick to fitting the lock cover assembly - it needs to be seated tightly prior to tightening up the allen key. If the cover is loose when the allen is tightened, it will stay loose. At this point, simply tightening the allen key (bolt) won't pull the lock cover in tighter.
