DSP aftermarket head unit question

My 2004 4.8 has DSP and navigation and the screen is frozen and f-ed up so i can’t have music. I have been looking at aftermarket units specifically for e53s and have been reading everything I can on these units. My problem is that I have DSP and as I understand it I will need an I-Bus interface? I can’t find said interface anywhere for sale. Do I need it? Is it better to wire everything up from scratch and just get whatever headunit and some amps? I’m more than capable of that type of install but I’d prefer something a bit easier. I just want music! For the love of god!
