Soooooo finally i took the car again to the turbocharger repair shop and they have replaced the actuator module. it was a known issue for them when i explained again the problem that i had with the the car that it would work fine when starting or when it was cold .... but after a while you would feel low boost etc or poor acceleration after 2nd gear..

AND FINALLY my issue is solved for now with no Smooth Running errors , if they appear again well ... it will be time to check other things . (i hope not )

That's a Chinese copy of the original Hella actuator but great if it works. If your problem was heat related it sounds like typical failed wiring inside actuator from board to motor supply. I had the same on mine a few years ago.
