E53 Cloth sport seats?

Hi everyone, I have searched the internet & Forums but I wasn’t able to find very much information regarding repairing or reupholstering leather & cloth sport seats. I have found a 4.6is model with leather bolster & cloth insert sport seats and the driver seat cloth is pretty worn out and has a rip/tear in it.

Just wondering where I could find this cloth material to get the seat repaired/reupholstered?

Was also thinking might be less costly to find a used front passenger seat and transfer the good material to the driver seat...?

Hi,

The cloth inserts kind of have a checkerboard pattern - some people call it houndstooth?

You live in Canada, that explains it. US X5s came with leather interior.

I've never seen an X5 with cloth seats.
This probably won't be easy to find.
I'd rather have them professionally reupholstered
