I bought Foxwell NT530 from https://www.foxwelldiag.com/nt530. It just took less than $200, and did the same thing as Autel. But to be honest, I don't like registering with a computer. I don't have laptop. So I asked the seller Pre-loaded the BMW software so that I could use it when I received it.
If you don't have a laptop or hate to use a laptop, you can ask the seller to Pre-loaded the software for you.
