Get a Valeo one. They’re new units and not remanufactured like the Bosch ones. Get a 140 Amp as well. You only have 33k miles?

I did indeed pick up a new 140 Amp Valeo from FCP Euro (since that's what was in there already)! Yep, 33.5K on this one, 24K on my other one, an '02 3.0. Hope to have them around for a long time, or at least as long as I can continue to afford to maintain them :-)

This is good advice. I switched to bosch because the VR is 1/3 the price but I found out the had way they aren't worth 1/10th the price.

The Bosch died on the second drive. O'Reilly let me pay the difference to exchange the Bosch for Valeo.
