A/C Condensor possible leaking with pics

I have no A/C ,also checked high and low sides of A/C lines with manifold gauges= 0 pressure. Also checked with a screw driver at ea valve no pressure not even a hiss.
So my conclusion is the condenser has leaked and can see a greenish color oil as seen in pics. It not thing like antifreeze.plus my coolant hasn't lost a drop of coolant in a few years.
I would like someone's opinion on this.if you can tell by looking at below pics.
I'm thinking of replacing the condenser, O rings, and compressor.Since there is over 250000km on it.I realy don't want to replace the evaporator .

Thank you.Name: 20210820160201.jpeg

andrewwynn will become famous soon enough
I would confirm where the leak is with some UV dye. With all the wind under the hood stuff can spray anywhere.

Yeah I thought about that, also I thought about doing a vacuum test to see how fast the leak is.If you look in the 1st pic, this coil with large fins on it.this is down below the condenser.do you what this is called?
