a little help with a part number

after 11 years in e53s, the parts that I continue to lose are the two bolts that hold down the air intake box. There must be half a dozen of them in my car's nether regions.

I've long since had zip ties there but since I'm such a baller it's time for me to start livin' large and outfit my airbox with real metal hold-downs again.

problem is, i have never been able to figure out the part number.

seems like it would be number 9 in this picture, but....where do I find the part number? any thoughts ? happy to use aftermarket as well, but my old bolts are long gone so i have nothing to reference. I know they are 10MM heads but not sure how long or the thread pitch.
