My manual transmission car won't apply the same pressure to the drivetrain when switching between fwd and rev though -- but I will try to dink around with it in a parking lot and see if I can consistently replicate the problem.
Actually I could put the car in the air on my new QuickJack and actually have my wife put it in gear while I was under the car. Hmm
