Don't like the brake dust, but I do like getting my brakes done for no cost under warranty.

Agreed.

Best way to improve stopping power is stickier tires.

I'm planning on going with the StopTech Stage II upgrade kit. It comes with new slotted rotors for front and rear (OE specifications), stainless steel brake lines, Axxis Pads, and 3 bottles of brake fluid. Pretty much everything you need, and at a great price! Everything all together is around $700.

Picture of everything you get..

And here's a write up about it.
Quote:
Stage 2 brake upgrade includes Axxis Ultimate brake pads front and rear, StopTech stainless steel brake Lines front and rear, StopTech slotted or drilled rotors front and rear, and three bottles of Motul RBF600 synthetic brake fluid. FITS STOCK CALIPERS

An excellent choice for the enthusiast whose rotors are nearing the end of their service life, the StopTech Stage 2 kit includes all the components and benefits provided by the Stage 1 kit, but adds value through the addition of direct replacement drilled or slotted rotors at all four corners. For customers interested in attaining an aesthetic edge, we offer cross-drilled rotors that look phenomenal behind that new set of custom wheels as well as preventing glazing of the pads and improving wet and dry braking performance. Alternatively, for the more performance minded enthusiast we recommend slotted rotors that still retain an eye-catching look and provide all the performance gains of a drilled rotor, but are less likely to crack under repeated, severe usage. Regardless of drilling or slotting, all StopTech rotors have a durable black coating on the non-swept areas of the rotor to prevent unsightly corrosion, and quality is assured as the rotors are manufactured to meet or exceed all OE specification

Be aware that in the photo you attached they are including the Axxis Ultimate pads, which aren't low dust. If you aren't going for the Axxis Deluxe pads, I would stay with OEM. I also wouldn't go for drilled or slotted rotors, but that is just me. I used jobber rotors when I did my front pads, as they were less than half the price of the OEM. Mine are Raybestos VSMs, but there are lots of good names available without paying for the Brembo name. I fully understand the cachet of Brembo calipers, but this is just a rotor.

You can actually choose which pads you want, here's a list of them..
