Try and salvage the trailer hitch and wiring/module..

Bought the hitch rack at harbor freight. They are usually $120 but I got for $80 plus tax when they were on sale and added 20% off coupon.

Sadly I was out of town when they came to tow I didn't have the opportunity to snag the hitch but I did keep my brand new snow tires I put on a couple months earlier. They were worth more.
