Sunroof lower drain hose

Hi
So here i am with my so unusual issue : water pouring on the passenger side from somewhere between the glovebox and the body.

After trying few things it appears that what leaks is the lower part of the sunroof (panoroof) right drain pipe.
Found this topic about the upper part of the drain pipe, which plugs into the leaking one.

https://xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-forums/...-kink-fix.html

Very nicely made topic, unfortunately not cover my case because this rubber hose in the A pillar is completely debris free.

The lower one (looks like made from hard plastic) must be leaking somewhere because when i pour water in the front right drain hole of the sunroof, it drips inside (like i said somewhere around the glovebox).

Is there a way to access this hose without removing the whole dash?
Any way to remove the glovebox bloc?

Thanks
