Here in Oregon they pump your gas for you, so you don't top out at $100. They keep robbing you after it gets to $100.

You people that blame the President are duped by the ignorance of the media you call news and your own unwillingness to delve into the real problem. Get off of your social media feeds. Seriously. You still think Trump was robbed of his "re-election"? Thought this group of folks was smarter than that?

I did not want to post this but I am sick of still hearing this $h!t. Biden ain't great, but what politician is? Let's get over this "us and them" BS. Please.

It’s been the same price by me for years. Every time I fill up it’s always £50.

I agree 100%!
I came to this great country in 1996 after fighting 5 years in Yugoslavian civil war and most Americans have no idea how quickly can one country be destroyed internally.
Blaming gas prices just on Biden (and I'm definitely no fan) is pure ignorance.
How about Putin agression on Ukraine and which president almost got on his knees and gave Putin b*** j**.
America WAS great till orange bubble head decided to fulfill his long time narcisistic dream.
How can any sane person still believe in all this nonsense about stolen election?
Where is that BIG PROOF! I'm tired of waiting!
Do you people realize how much damage is done to Democracy by lunatics going around and spining all these crazy conspiracies about stolen election!
Did we forget who the orange poop head actually is and what has he done in his life for America?
The answer is simple: His whole life was always about greed and narcisissm and now he cares about American people, give me a break!
I can't stand politicans and don't belong to either party, especially Republican which now has become a cult to one insane man.

You don't want to blame Biden until you find out that he canceled the leases on over one million acres of land to drill for oil and natural gas. This is being done on purpose to force people into eco boxes as part of their "green new deal". I don't identify with either party politically however the dems have become so extreme (yes for you lefties, far left extremism is a real thing) They are a party of constant contradiction.

Plenty of proof of massive election tampering and fraud in the 2020 USA elections, if you got out of your own echo chamber of cognitive bias, opened your eyes and turned off CNN, you may find it. I'm not going to entertain your derangement syndrome by giving you some suggested places to look, because you have already made up your mind.

Sad to see this stuff on a car forum. Posting about the high price of gas seems warranted, but delving into politics is madness.

spent 155 euros to fill up the beemie, that'n just 66 litres, about where you run into reserve.

I'm sure it's politics related but I'm not sure debating it here will lower the financial pain

There is a section for politics. If this forum was moderated I'm sure this thread would have been towed over there by now.

The gas prices are what they are. When oil prices go up, so do gas prices. Not rocket science. No amount of drilling alone would change it. There has been a bunch of factors all coming together at once to create the storm we're in. Gov't spending (both parties), inflation (both parties), war in Ukraine, pandemic shut downs, supply chain issues, and the list could go on.

And all the politicians are greedy puppets. You can argue blue is better than red, or vice versa til you're blue in the face. I don't get my news from Fox, CNN, MSNBC, etc. as those are all entertainment television. No better than Rush Limbaugh or Bill Maher. Since I started caring about politics, the middle class is no better off. Our rights are being whittled away by both parties.
