So I had it on INPA today and no transmission faults stored, all gears in the right position, everything checks out. I tried actuating the shifter lock solenoid and it worked fine. What was weird is that after playing with INPA for a while, the interlock between N and R started working! I thought that fixed it but after driving a bit the N to R interlock stopped working again. WTF?! So it seems to be an electrical problem. Crap.
