Another Fault Code post

Finally got my 03 4.6 engine back together after repairing bent valves and timing job. Bought it as a non runner with some known issues. Engine is running great, no codes at all. But...Have some electrical gremlins. Here are the codes that are coming up. Already fixed the fuel pump issue. F'n mice at the wires on the siphon pump! My symptoms are turn signal indicator not working consistently(but turn signals are working on all 4 corners, radio "BMW" screen comes on and that is all I can get. Can't control screens, volume or anything else. Highbeam indicator will not work when turn indicators are not working. All windows worked the first day I had it running, now nothing. I have done some research with these codes, but curious what all of you think. I have INPA, but find it very wonky to use. Like my Foxwell.
