Help! Replaced ignition switch and now steering won't unlock

I just replaced the ignition switch and now the steering wheel won't unlock

. The electrical gremlins I had are gone but now I'm stuck with this new issue

. The Bentley manual mentions to correctly align switch drive to the steering lock. Sounds like that's my issue but how do I fix that? Anyone know? I thought the install would just be plug and play. It appeared to be a simple process but looks like mis-stepped somewhere.
