Tragically, not this time. My local Indy performed conversion with kit I had purchased from ECS. I told them everything needed was in the kit.

I wouldn't be shocked at all if they left out the washers. I'd wager they did in fact not re-use the old washers, having assumed that new ones were in the kit.
