Steering column..
Got a slight knocking coming from the steering column on my X5. At first I thought it was the universal joint but it seems to be the part where the column goes through the bulkhead where there is a green part and a thick foam washer.
Has anyone had experience of this or replacing the parts? It's a 2001 4.4 withe comfort option adjustable steering. UK.
