Radio Nav Head Unit Identification

Hi all, does anyone have the details on how to read the specs on the nav head unit sticker for an X5 E53? One of them is the serial number. I am trying to make sure I get the right one. My existing one has a blank black screen so no option there. I am thinking some of the markings indicate the year.

My replacement head unit now works for navigation. Seems that head nav units for e53 are either made for european market or the rest of the world. So key is to get the latter if you live outside europe.
