Clockwork is on a distinguished road
BMW electronics don't make sense sometimes.
I'd recommend you go grab the proper wire harness and fog lights for your vehicle out of that Barlow picknpull for your body type OR grab the wire harness from the 4.8iS and wire that up then at least know that is proper and then rediagnose. BMWs cause.weird errors for what seems like unrelated problems.
If nothing else your wiring won't be a hack job.
Maybe the wiring used is of wrong AWG? I'd start with the basics.

Thanks for the suggestions man.
I'd gladly go for a beer with you
I used to go to scrap yards almost weekly lol, but now with a gf it's harder to get out if you know what I mean lol.
I'm 40 minutes outside of calgary.
I received connectors from Amazon and wired everything up with led fog lights.
Weird, but the left fog error went away, but not the right one.
So I wired up a resistor on the right fog side, and no more errors!
Next gotta tackle the stupid licence plate light!!!

Then get to the headlights which don't illuminate the road at all l...

Mine has a license plate LED from evilbay.
Crazy bright at night! No error codes either.

I think my problem is thr trunk lid. I can't find one at scrap yard with both sides working lol.

Either the left side works, or the right side.
They're all rusty inside.

I'll try a new one from aliexpress lol
