well I brought it in to the dealer..they have it for the weekend..I had them look at a slight 'pop' in the sunroof when it was raised to the moonroof configuration and a very slight RPM inconsistency at idle in all temperatures...that's what the warranty is for I guess. Anyway, they gave me a new 330i to drive around with until they figure it out. I brought it back to the dealer I bought it from, Knauz BMW in Lake Bluff, they are actually going to drop it back off in Chicago(40miles away) to me when it's done on this week..so I can't complain about the service..I'll keep everyone update...thanks
