New cluster light after LCM replacement

Hi all. I have an 02 X5 4.4. The LCM had a burn down and the new unit is in. But, I have a small cluster light that is on and I don’t remember ever seeing it before. Does anyone know what this little light below the word “miles” is supposed to be telling me, if anything?

That's the mileage tamper light. Your LCM has to be coded to your VIN and cleared prior to install so it syncs properly.

Mileage is recorded in a couple places in the car in an effort to identify any time it's been tampered with and the LCM is one of those places.

LOL.. makes sense CM, thank you! Was worried it might be some sort of anti theft indicator and the damn thing would leave me on foot and I’m just not in that kinda shape to be ‘a walking ��
