Driver Heated seat SMOKING, how to disconnect?

Hey guys,

so my driver seat is burning hot when heater is on, on the left side of the seat. It also stated smoking before I turned it off! Can anyone tell me which wires are responsible for turning the heated mat on, on the yellow wire harness underneath the seat? I tried disconnecting the two pin wire in the middle center of the seat, but that did not prevent the heater from turning on and starting to burn again.

I wanna simply disconnect the heater's wires to prevent any fires in the future. Also is there a fuse that i can just remove and not have heated seats?

Much appreciated, thanks!

P.S.
I CANN'T BELIEVE this just happened, and that im dealing with a sh*t like that. I was just in the process of changing 2 windows regulators for the 3rd time and this happened.
