Any ideas on what solution to use on cleaning the tracks for the panoramic roof?

I wonder if carbon-tet on a rag would be best? (If carefully applied, without drips)

Carbon-tet for cleaning and TW-25b for lube since it'll stay slick well below zero and up to 250/300f (not cheap but small tube lasts years)
